Call Center Associate Job Openings at AIG

AIG is hiring Call Center Associates to handle routine inquiries on claims and answer calls courteously and answer the caller’s questions or concerns fully and accurately.

Other job duties:
  • Providing the customer with the requested information or assistance.
  • Handle 50-100 telephone inquiries daily (inbound).
  • Exhibit satisfactory working knowledge of all trained products and/or call types by performing at acceptable levels of quality and productivity within the grade.
  • Continue self-development to ensure proper knowledge of insurance procedures and Company policy. Continue to gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services being offered.
  • Perform other related duties or projects as assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.

  • Must be able to work evening and early morning hours (between 7p-9a).
  • Must be fluent in American English.
  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • No experience required but 1-2 years experience in the call center industry is preferred.
  • Performance rating of meeting targets or higher in the last performance appraisal, if previously employed.
