Administrative Assistant Job Openings at O Shopping

O Shopping is hiring Administrative Assistants to perform multifaceted office and secretarial support.

Other job duties:
  • Ensures completion, safekeeping, and orderly documentation of all office files.
  • Point of contact for Suppliers, Relationship Managers and other Logistics communication.
  • Maintains supplies and company assets inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, receives invoices; and other requests.
  • Coordinates and maintains records for directory maintenance, office space, phones, parking, and other building related items.
  • Handles administrative functions of other departments.
  • Monitor daily time record of the employees.
  • Researches and identifies of key date sources.
  • Participates in cost-reduction measures and implement them.
  • Receives visitors and provides office support in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence and handle information requests.
  • Perform all related duties as assigned by the management

  • Graduate of a 4-year Business related course.
  • Knowledge and/or experience of office administration.
  • Must able to coordinate several operations, analyze and solve problems quickly while coping with deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality concerning financial and employee files.
  • Ability to be flexible and decisive.
  • Attention to details and high level of accuracy.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications and operating office machines.
  • Effective verbal, written and listening skills.
