Executive Assistant Job Openings at Conexus Staffing and Consultancy Solutions

Conexus Staffing and Consultancy Solutions is hiring Executive Assistants to oversee the day-to-day administrative activities of the President.

Other job duties:
  • Coordinates and arranges the daily/weekly/monthly meetings between the VPs, Directors, staff, or clients
  • Someone who can represent the Presidents in case he is not available for a client interface or client visit or meetings
  • Manages Presidents google calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, international travel, and personal schedule
  • Replies to emails when necessary on behalf of the President
  • Screens phone calls
  • Responsible for booking Domestic and International flights on-line (when necessary -company credit card payment)
  • Assists with the preparation of business presentations, reports, memo letters, and meals to serve
  • Custodian of confidential documents
  • Attends to employees concerns
  • Work with the entire team ensuring the completion of projects according to schedule
  • Organizes and supervises all of the administrative activities
  • Maintains the highest standard of quality and self-discipline

  • A graduate of any 4-years BS degree
  • Must have at least 2 years of solid experience as EA, servicing/reporting to the senior management level (Director, VP or President/GM)
  • Organize and can confidently represent the bosses on their absence
  • Excellence communications skills both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
