Customer Service Representative Job Openings at Tetra Pak

Tetra Pak is hiring Customer Service Representatives to drive Order Management and Design handling operational performance within a assigned portfolio of customers and work on a continuous improvement approach towards process improvement opportunities.

Other job duties:
  • Secures supply chain Packaging Material (PM) / Additional Material (AM) order fulfilment which includes Order management, design administration, invoicing, claim administration and logistics.
  • Synergy with internal functions ie. Planning, Logistics, Additional Material, Marketing, Technical Service to secure smooth order handling which always lead to increase productivity.
  • Perform quarterly Sales forecast with customers.
  • Work with Key Account team in delivering customer's satisfaction.
  • Participate in WCM teams to identify process and tools productivity opportunities (office pillar).
  • Seek for process and system automation opportunities.
  • Increased overall productivity in front-office processes.
  • Focused KPI's.

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and customer fronting experience
  • Good in customer service, customer handling and customer communication
  • Highly motivated to be in a customer service role where constant update to customers are required
  • A high level of communication skills is required
  • Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
  • A people person with the ability to build good rapport with customers.
  • Ability to coordinate among different teams internally to ensure orders are fulfilled.
  • Must be details oriented
