Business Administrative Assistant Job Openings at Siemens

Siemens is hiring Business Administrative Assistants to get involved in order processing such as: Performance of Goods Receipt; Issuance of Delivery Notes; Issuance of Invoices.

Other job duties:
  • Handles and coordinates timely delivery of Invoices to Customers.
  • Provide support on Accounts Receivable collection related issues.
  • Performs Journal entries for the collected CWTs and other related Journal entries as necessary.
  • Filing and organization of documents (i.e. Customer's S.O., Order confirmation, P.O.s, Delivery Notes, Invoices, etc.)
  • Support SCM/Logistics in daily Payments of Duties & Taxes including preparation of required import docs.
  • Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

  • A Bachelor Degree in Accounting with at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Knowledge in SAP system
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Possesses good communication skills, customer oriented, with pleasing personality
  • Employment type - contract for 5 months
