XCEED Customer Care Solutions is hiring Technical Support Representatives to provide technical support and customer service to our existing and potential customer through phone, e-mail and web chat.

He/She will handle customers concerns regarding online account, connectivity issues, hardware devices and software issues, and conducts troubleshooting to resolve them.

  • Graduate of at least 2 years of college education of any IT-related courses, or has a vocational/training diploma/certificate related to IT.
  • Problem Solving, LAN Knowledge, Help Desk Experience, English Verbal & Written Communication, Windows and Mac Operating Systems (XP, 7 and 8), Phone Skills, Customer Service, Quality Focus, PC Proficiency, System Administration. Intermediate technical know-how
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
