Recruitment Associate Job Openings at Penbrothers

Penbrothers is hiring a Recruitment Associate to interact with business leaders and top talent worldwide as well as help develop company strategies to grow the network.

Other job duties:
  • Grow the OnFrontiers network by recruiting key thought leaders and subject-matter Experts, by leveraging online resources, recruiting campaigns, trade and business association lists, referrals, and even your own personal network and relationships.
  • Identify and engage prospective Experts – educate them on the relevant client engagements and the OnFrontiers’ value proposition.
  • Consult with client-facing Expert Research Managers and Business Development colleagues to fulfill time-sensitive project requests for clients.
  • Understand clients’ objectives and research goals to effectively recruit the right Experts for their needs.
  • Understand OnFrontiers’ current industry coverage to fill relevant network gaps and improve project fulfillment.
  • Work on other strategic projects associated with building our network of Experts.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top tier university.
  • 0-1 year of work experience, preferably in a sales, market research, or research role.
  • Superior research and communication skills, including demonstrated oral, written, and presentation abilities using various communication channels (telephone, email, in-person, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines.
  • Ability to think on your feet and make good judgments.
  • English proficiency.
  • Amenable to working on night shifts (US hours).
