Inside Sales Representative Job Openings at Dell

Dell is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and quote requests to focus on maintaining and expanding customer relationships as well as increasing conversion gains with existing and new customers.

Other job duties:
  • Acts as a trusted business advisor to the customer and utilizes the knowledge of Dell Services products, technology, and tools to help customers grow & thrive
  • Recommends services solutions considering customer needs and Dell interests
  • Stays abreast of current industry trends and how Dell’s customers are being impacted to help solve specific market challenges in targeted segments
  • Engages cross-functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal/ meet customer needs
  • Effectively prioritizes multiple demands while ensuring customer needs are met
  • Makes decisions based upon an appropriate amount of information/data analysis

  • 1 to 2.5 years of years of relevant experience in International Call Center voice process
  • Strong knowledge of Dell technology, services, and financial products and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs
  • Articulate communicator, fluent in English with excellent listening skills
  • Adaptable to day or night shift
  • Self-motivated and ambitious
  • Sells Consultatively – has the ability to use collaborative communication to engage clients in discussions that results in mutual value.
