Events Manager Job Openings at Monroe Consulting Group

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting Events Managers on behalf of a leading Philippines’ food and beverages (F&B) company to manage promotion-based internal and external events within the company.

Other job duties:
  • Plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
  • Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
  • Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
  • Expand product solutions and offerings
  • Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
  • Prepare and adhere to budgets
  • Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials
  • Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations or business management preferred
  • At least 2 years’ marketing management experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality industry
  • Proven experience as event manager
  • Skilled in project management
  • Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Good presentation abilities
  • Proficient with MS Office programs, especially MS Excel
