Application Support Analyst Job Openings at FedEx Corp.

FedEx Corp. is hiring Application Support Analysts to provide second-level application support for all products and applications managed and supported by APAC ITD.

Responsibilities also include logging, analyzing, and resolving reported problems to support the day-to-day business operations with the objective to ensure business operations continuity within FedEx APAC.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Three (3) years of professional experience in application support
  • Strong knowledge of desktop management and troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of IT project management
  • Good knowledge of system/application administration preferably in Exchange, Telephony, Window system, Basic network trouble-shooting, etc
  • Good business knowledge of the transportation, logistics and/or customs clearance processes
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and preferably one or more Asian language(s)
  • Excellent analytical skills
