Agency Coordinator Job Openings at Home Credit Philippines

Home Credit Philippines is hiring Agency Coordinators to supervise external collection agencies while ensuring that service providers adhere to company policies and given targets are achieved.

Other job duties:
  • Evaluate performance of agencies, provide feedback.
  • Handle agency requests and conduct regular visits to monitor their performance.
  • Allocate account endorsement base on agency performance.
  • Conduct coaching, mentoring and handle difficult accounts if necessary.
  • Keep in close touch with agencies, handle their requests, visit them before payroll dates, check new collectors working on our accounts
  • Formulate new process relevant in achieving given goals for improvement.
  • Regular reporting to External Collection Agency Head.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Mathematics, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Candidate must be good with numbers and possess advanced knowledge of Excel functions (pivot tables)
  • Candidate must be able to motivate the team and deal with business partners on a daily basis
  • Candidate must be willing to travel across NCR in order to ensure proper monitoring of the collection agencies
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
