Other job duties:
- Coordination with client regarding design concerns
- Assist in the preparation of bills of materials, estimates, project schedule etc.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, project meetings, and other similar events.
- Provide 3D perspectives and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License is an advantage but not required (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Architecture or equivalent.
- Candidate must be willing to do office and field work (metro manila).
- Candidate must be able to work with minimum supervision and can work with different levels.
- Interior Design (Corporate) experience an advantage.
- Candidate must be proficient in 2D drafting (AutoCAD) and 3d rendering (Google Sketchup, 3Dmax, Autodesk Viz, etc.).
- Candidate must be flexible and willing to do overtime.
- Preferably 1-4 yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
