goFLUENT Philippines Inc. is hiring Customer Service Associates to work on the assigned tasks (by the Helpdesk Team Leader or QA) or processes.

Other job duties:
  • Assisting trainers who need help through IM or E-mail as prescribed by the documented processes and/or with the TL's guidance.
  • Providing assistance to Customer Relationship Managers (in Europe and Asia)
  • Filling out forms necessary to complete the process
  • Updating individual piloting tools for time tracking purposes
  • Attending training given by HD QA
  • Being professional in handling department clients
  • Attending meetings if necessary
  • Other tasks assigned by manager or Team Leader

Qualifications:
  • At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, and Open Office
  • Internet savvy
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Responsible, disciplined, and highly organized
  • Able to handle stress well and work efficiently under pressure
  • Must have the ability to type fast
  • Has good customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task is a plus
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and on holiday (graveyard shift)
