HR Service Delivery Specialist Job Openings at JPMorgan Chase & Co.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is hiring HR Service Delivery Specialists to perform Onboarding, Payroll and Benefits processes.

Other job duties:
  • Assist training other team members on the process, systems and applications as and when required
  • Assist in regular quality check of work processed to ensure error-free processing
  • Manage or assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed as part of process/procedure/functional enhancements
  • Provide back up support to other HRSD team members particularly in Payroll and Benefits
  • Should be able to facilitate employee onboarding and orientation
  • Should be able to manage and assist benefits and payroll processing as and when required and needed
  • Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company employees
  • Should be able to assist in the development and implementation of company policies and functional procedures
  • Participates in developing departmental goals, objectives, and systems
  • Prepare monthly reports/metrics/scorecard
  • Assists in evaluation of reports and results of department in relation to set goals
  • Recommend new approaches, policy enhancements and innovations to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining strategic networking, and engaging in developmental tasks and expanded roles

  • Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably a graduate of any of these courses: human resources, psychology, accounting, and finance
  • At least 1+ years of work experience
  • Has experience in Accounting transactions and preparation of Accounting entries
  • Ability to prioritize and manage own workload in a pressurized and deadline driven environment, operating within tight timeframes
  • Ability to run with a number of tasks concurrently, ensuring that all tasks are seen through to resolution whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and quality output at all times
  • Analytical and a team worker
  • Must understand and maintain high degree of confidentiality with respect to employees' personal data
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deal with employees across all levels of the organization in a sensitive manner
  • Proficient in using MS Windows applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) (or other systems/tools used)
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Performs other related duties as required and assign
