Customer Support Representative Job Openings at Brother International Philippines Corporation

Brother International Philippines Corporation is hiring Customer Support Representatives to handle queries and complaints of customers and business partners received thru phone and email.

Other job duties:
  • Ensure that all queries and complaints are obtained and processed well to provide first call resolution
  • Receive requests for on-site repairs from corporate clients and coordinate these requests with the Technical Support Group
  • Provide technical assistance to walk-in customers
  • Receive and assess defective machines of customers and provide information on the necessary repairs to be done

Qualifications:
  • A graduate of any 4-year business course
  • Must have at least 6 months to 1 year experience in call center industry
  • Excellent in both oral and written communications
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
  • Patient, highly driven, and highly motivated
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply who meet at least 3 of the following criteria:
    • Used to be very active in school organization
    • Graduated with distinctions or have been dean’s lister
    • Have been committee/club members or officer
    • College scholars
    • Student Assistants
