Customer Service Representative Job Openings at Phil. Property Expert, Inc.

Phil. Property Expert, Inc. is hiring Customer Service Representatives to answer telephone queries both through text messaging and voice calls generated from the marketing efforts of the employer.

Other job duties:
  • Write to and answer emails from prospect long and short-term renters and those who respond to the advertisements.
  • Attend to phone calls from potential tenants and customers of the employer.
  • Direct sales, titling and other inquiries not related to rentals to the proper channels and personnel.
  • Record the information generated from the inquiries and submit a regular weekly report to the employer
  • Offer employers services and properties for rent to prospect clients.
  • Other tasks that are reasonably related to customer service of the √©mployer's business activities.

Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Pleasing and well-modulated voice
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
