Training Staff Job Openings at Grab

Grab is hiring Training Staff to provide good customer service to all its aspiring partners by providing a step by step procedure on how they can become our partner, with a smile.

Other job duties:
  • Create/Improve training modules and material on a regular basis
  • Provide training/knowledge for driver.
  • Monitor effectiveness of the training by providing knowledge check and assessments.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree of any four-year course
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Good command of the English language
  • Project coordination experience preferred
  • Advanced presentation, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
  • Strong training program design experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong ability to utilize MS PowerPoint, or similar platforms in creating Instructional Design materials as a learning medium.
  • Design materials as a learning medium
  • Good exposure to database management
