Project Coordinator Job Openings at Bluethumb Brand Design Agency

Bluethumb Brand Design Agency is hiring Project Coordinators to keep track of the team’s progress, ensure quality control throughout the design process, and that the project is completed in quality, on time and within budget.

Other job duties:
  • Issue Job Orders to the creative team based on the feedback from the client
  • Keep track of the project load of the team and manage the timings of each project deliverables and revisions
  • Provide realistic project timelines to team and clients
  • Provide key dates for client to review and approve the creative work
  • Send prompt follow up emails regarding feedback from clients to ensure that the timelines will be followed strictly
  • Ensure quality control by making sure that the revisions sent by client is accomplished completely by Copywriters and Graphic Designers in quality, in full, and on time

  • Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in the industry
  • Proficient in using MS Office (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Carries a professional demeanor
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer-relationship skills
  • Ability to build lasting rapport
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Impartial to people issues while maintaining focus on work outcome
  • Must be able to act positively and efficiently under pressure
  • Ability to motivate people
  • Ability to deal with presentations in a lively, inspiring and confident manner is an advantage
