Infor is hiring Technical Support Analysts to provide application and technical support to customers, answering complex questions on function and usage of product via the telephone and/or Internet.

Other job duties:
  • Resolves clients' questions or problems over the telephone or Internet focusing on product functionality.
  • Conveys customer feedback to product development staff
  • Promotes and maintains a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among users and team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or any related
  • At least 3 years prior experience in application support is required
  • Possesses full understanding of industry practices as well as Global Support Procedures
  • Experience with SQL Server is required
  • Experience with crystal reporting is required
  • Experience with data warehousing is required
  • Troubleshooting skills is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be flexible to working schedule
