Management Trainee Job Openings at SM Supermalls

SM Supermalls is hiring Management Trainees to go through intensive training to learn the SM Supermalls key competency, Mall Management.

  • Graduate from a reputable school or international university.
  • Must also possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related.
  • Background in Mandarin Language is an advantage.
  • At least six (6) months of work experience in the corporate world; or personal business.
  • Project involvement in either academic or co-curricular organization.
  • Willing to work around Metro Manila area.
  • Training will be in the Corporate Office in SM Mall of Asia Area, Pasay City.
  • With opportunities to be assigned in one of the SM malls in China.
