Coins.ph is hiring Customer Solutions Specialists to collaborate with the engineering team to identify issues and improvements based on customer insights.

Other job duties:
  • Directly handle and respond to customer queries and concerns
  • Analyze and solve customer issues and problems
  • Assist with direct marketing and promotion of our business and products to the market
  • Be the "voice" of the customers within the company

Qualifications:
  • BS or BA in Management, Economics, Communication or equivalent from a reputable institution
  • Proven leadership skills from extracurricular and/or socio-civic involvements
  • Capable of working independently but can also collaborate well with a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to build solutions from scratch
  • Fluent in both English and Filipino
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
