Geenger Communications, Inc. is hiring Accounting Assistants to provide administrative support to the firm's accounting department.

Other job duties:
  • Perform clerical tasks such as typing, encoding, filing, handling mails, and bookkeeping.
  • Maintain accounting records through efficient encoding and processing backups.
  • Work and collaborate with the firm's admin/accounting team in resolving accounting issues and being updated with new tax regulations and applications.
  • Accomplish accounting and organization missions by completing related results as needed.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Accounting & Finance
  • Licensed Accounting Technician is an advantage
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Highly organized in managing paper works.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work and communicate well with others.
  • Accurate in calculating the Firm's figures.
  • Attention to details.
  • Willing to learn new accounting applications and strategies.
