Technical Support Representative Job Openings at EMAPTA

EMAPTA is hiring Technical Support Representatives to resolve as many user issues and questions as possible in an appropriate timeframe and only with essential-only escalations.

Other job duties:
  • Providing first-level technical support to clients both over the telephone and via email.
  • Training clients on system use with your expert knowledge of our software products.
  • Escalating second-level support issue to our Development Team.
  • Managing logged support tickets and responding to clients on ticket statuses.
  • Updating and maintaining our internal CRM system.
  • Providing first class customer service.
  • Ad hoc tasks as requested by the Management Team.

Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 1 -3 years’ experience as a Technical Support Representative.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills (Fluent English is necessary).
  • Possess extensive troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and analytical skills.
  • Have experience assisting external clients or internal staff with software support.
  • Must have an outstanding customer service ethic.
  • Confident and able to handle 'critical' issues.
  • Sound confident in phone and commitment to quality service and delivery.
  • Worked within a real estate agency or real estate software company
