Smart Communications Inc. is hiring Social Media Officers to manage day-to-day reactive communications on Twitter, Facebook and social media channels.

Other job duties:
  • Scans, engages and resolves (end to end) sales & aftersales related posts in social media channels
  • Real time monitoring and flagging of unusual trends in all social media channels
  • Manage reputation of Smart and its brands through accurate, timely and professional customer management

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon Ave.,Quezon City
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule
  • With at least 6 months customer service experience in Advertising, Public relations or Marketing agencies
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Good verbal communication, listening and decoding skills
  • Reading comprehension ability
  • Can work under pressure
  • Technical skills - working knowledge on device and internet
  • Analytical/mathematical skills/critical thinking skills
  • Experience in handling complex complaints/PSDM advantage
