Chat & Email Support Representative / Data Encoder Job Openings at Siegen Solutions

Siegen Solutions is hiring Chat & Email Support Representatives / Data Encoders to resolve queries of the customers by encoding the standard replies through e-mail and chat within the assigned turnaround time.

Other job duties:
  • Build customer relationships as part of the service process
  • Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer-related issues
  • Inform member of current promotions and new or updated products
  • Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilates quickly to new promotional offers and programs.

Qualifications:
  • Applicant must possess at least a High School Diploma.
  • With or without work experience.
  • Excellent English communications skills (both oral and written) are required.
  • Applicant must be comfortable using computers and proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel.
  • With a typing speed of at least 35wpm.
