Sales Admin Assistant Job Openings at Imperial Homes Corporation

Imperial Homes Corporation is hiring Sales Admin Assistants to maintain the buyer’s directory, complete with their personal profiles for easy contact and account servicing.

Other job duties:
  • Monitoring of accounts that show’s movements, and completion.
  • Responsible for updating the master list on incomplete assigned accounts and monitoring of their progress on documents compliance for HDMF/Bank accounts.
  • Undertake the typing and/or preparation of the Contract to Sell, Addendum to the Contract to Sell, and HDMF Documents.
  • Evaluate documents and affordability of the buyer.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing about buyer’s computation discrepancy.
  • Entertain buyer’s inquiry (personal and thru phone) regarding required documents that they need to submit.
  • Responsible for the dissemination of account deficiencies for compliance to buyers.
  • Interview the buyers
  • Follow up buyers' requirements to process their housing loan.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a Graduate of Business Administration Major in Marketing and/or Management
  • With at least 6 months’ experience in the same field/ admin/ sales and marketing
  • With experience in a REAL ESTATE IS A PLUS
  • 21-28 years old
  • Preferably Female
  • Must be keen to details
  • Must be trustworthy, responsible and can work under pressure
  • Must have good customer relation
