Restaurant Manager Job Openings at ArmyNavy Burger Inc.

ArmyNavy Burger Inc. is hiring Restaurant Managers to plan, coordinate and implement activities to achieve performance targets – sales, FSC quality, and cash flow.

Other job duties:
  • Forecasts, schedules, and monitors all store expenses including food cost, labor cost, maintenance cost, etc. to be consistent with store sales and productivity; create action plan to address cost control issues.
  • Ensures all cash handling, inventory, recording, and other related functions are performed in an accurate and consistent manner.
  • Trains and develops management team to demonstrate customer service and implement standard operating procedures.
  • Determines daily and weekly staffing requirements, conducts interviews, enforces Code of Conduct, and coordinates with labor contractors, if applicable.
  • Endures harmonious working relations between team members by soliciting feedback, conducting meetings, and attends to concerns (by coordinating with the contractor, if applicable).
  • Ensures all company policies, store standards and procedures are communicated effectively to store team and performed in a consistent manner; all guidelines in the company policy and manuals are followed to create and maintain the highest FSC quality and safest environment for the store team and customers.
  • Ensures that the customer service is consistently delivered for all the customers.
  • Ensures compliance with legal requirements such as business permits, occupancy permit, sanitary permit, barangay clearance, mayor’s permit, labor laws, employee health certificate, etc.

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management or Restaurant Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience
