Regulatory Affairs Officer Job Openings at Sixmurs Group of Company

Sixmurs Group of Company is hiring Regulatory Affairs Officers to research regulatory issues and provide guidance and advice to both the Company and its clients.

Other job duties:
  • Collect and coordinate information and prepare regulatory documentation for submission to regulatory or to commercial partners, advice on the submission strategy for every regulatory project.
  • Timely compile materials for license renewals, updates, and registrations.
  • Manage to do the whole process of product registration, including, but not limited to the compilation of required documents, review of documents to check sufficiency of the content of the local requirement, dossier preparation and submission to the related Health Authority and follow-up until the license is approved.
  • Maintain regulatory files/database and chronologies in good order.
  • Review labeling, advertising, and marketing material for appropriateness and compliance with regulatory requirements and laws

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be a college graduate of Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or other Science related fields
  • Preferably with Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee in related field
  • Hardworking and with good communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
  • Attentive to details and requires minimal supervision
  • With good analytical thinking skills
  • Can work well independently or in a team
  • Highly-motivated and can handle the stress of tight deadlines
