Administrative Assistant Job Openings at Code Ninja IT Solutions

Code Ninja IT Solutions is hiring Administrative Assistants to coordinate activities between the founders and external business partners.

Other job duties:
  • Write and distribute email and correspondence memos and letters
  • Organize and file relevant documents using online platforms
  • Assist in carrying out research agenda for the business and work with internal stakeholders on various projects
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Organize and schedule appointments for the Founders and take detailed minutes of the meeting if necessary
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and proven track record in stakeholder management and client relations
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • You are comfortable with technology (email, Google, VOIP, etc.). Familiarity with CRM applications, Zendesk and other platforms is a plus.
  • You can work on night shift. Flexibility to work on the weekends is a plus
