Admin Staff Job Openings at Hexagon Group of Companies

Hexagon Group of Companies is hiring Admin Staff to be responsible for timely liquidation of all advances ensuring completeness of required documentation before transmittal to Group Accounting.

Other job duties:
  • Perform account balance reconciliation with suppliers and ensure immediate settlement of discrepancies with suppliers
  • Reconcile employees & suppliers outstanding advances against Group Accounting records
  • Prepares monthly report of summary of all Marketing programs
  • Prepares summary of unqualified advances subject to deductions to employees
  • Prepares payroll summary and summary of deductions

  • With 4-year college degree in B.S Accounting or any related course
  • With at least 1-year work experience as disbursement and payable clerk
  • Analytical, highly mathematical, organize, trustworthy and with good communication skills
  • Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Extremely organized, strict and result oriented
  • With good communication skills (Oral & written)
