RingCentral is hiring Account Executives to sell and manage a complete range of RingCentral products and services.

Other job duties:
  • Implementation of Sales Strategy
  • Understand the Sales Process and Consultative selling skills
  • Management of Sales cycle from Lead generation to Close
  • Lead identification, Qualification and Sales pipeline management
  • Develops new revenue
  • Contribution to highest levels of prospect and customer satisfaction

  • Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent are preferred but undergraduates with relevant work experience will be accommodated
  • Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • 1 year of Sales Experience doing Outbound Sales, Inbound Sales, or Upselling Required
  • Experience with B2B account or account management is a plus
  • With strong customer service, telemarketing, telesales, hard-selling orientation
  • Strong personality an advantage
  • Amenable to work night shifts
