Restaurant Manager Job Openings at Cyma Restaurants

Cyma Restaurants is hiring a Restaurant Manager to ensure superior customer relations, ensure product quality, and manage people.

Other job duties:
  • Maintains oversight accountability in the kitchen
  • Monitors the cost of food together with the BOH Duty Head
  • Check the Kitchen Manager's compliance on inventory management procedures
  • Monitors the purchase level of the store
  • Check and monitors if the spoilages are valid and properly tracked

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel
  • Preferred skill(s): Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Knowledge in P&L
