Fitera Systems, Inc. is hiring a Receptionist to deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.

Other job duties:
  • Receives all customer feedback and responsible in ensuring that customers’ concerns are handled in a prompt and effective manner while retaining customer services
  • Keep records of customer concerns and resolutions done
  • Fulfill all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction, and safety
  • Report any maintenance issues immediately to manager, including all furniture, fittings, and equipment
  • Carry out instructions given by the management and head office

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management from a reputable university or equivalent experience
  • Must be friendly, sociable and welcoming to our clients
  • With pleasing personality
  • Possesses professional maturity to handle VIP guests and clients
  • Flexible and can exude grace and confidence under pressure
  • Must be honest and reliable
  • Assertive, innovative and result-oriented
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other business applications
  • Preferably with one (1) year working experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
