Curran Daly and Associates is hiring Customer Service Representatives to resolve issues on the first call, identify the current status of the issue and provide appropriate response to customer.

Other job duties:
  • Deliver all information and questions in a positive, conversational and compassionate manner to facilitate developing a relationship with the provider or member, while providing the best customer service experience possible
  • Maintain strict member and company confidentiality
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Open to new graduates of any course without any previous work experience
  • At least 2 years in college or graduate of any course
  • BPO experience of at least 6 months
  • Willingness to work in a fast paced environment
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules
