Senior Territory Manager Job Openings at Clorox

Clorox is hiring Senior Territory Managers to attain sales and trade marketing objectives of auto products in a given territory under the supervision and administration of the Auto Sales Manager.

Other job duties:
  • Ensure execution of customer business plans to attain annual growth objectives.
  • Attain Sales Objective and to manage distributors
  • Activate of Trade Marketing and AMPS Objectives
  • Activate trade marketing programs and assortment, merchandising, pricing and shelving (AMPS) objectives at the customer level
  • Assist distributors in negotiations to win new accounts and expanding product portfolio in existing customers.
  • Cover accounts, doing field work activities and reporting back
  • Operate within approved operational expense budgets

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • At least 3 years experience in sales and trade marketing gained from FMCG industry is an advantage
  • With strong and solid experience in managing distributors
  • Ability to focus and to deliver the business objectives. Understands financial targets and sales objectives. Ability to negotiate to get win-win situations for company and customer. With good communication and presentation skills
  • Quick learner and adjusts easily even to ambiguous situations and unfamiliar tasks. Understands constant need to change and flexible about changes
  • Capable of building strong relations and relates well with others.
  • Able to provide analysis and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Good in spoken and written in English
