Logistics Admin Job Openings at Shell

Shell is hiring Logistics Admin to support Logistics Admin CCA (Customs clearance admin) in the Philippines and covers the daily execution of admin tasks including inbound and outbound local and international activities.

Other job duties:
  • Ensure provision of clear audit trail for record management especially customs declarations documentation, Excise and Duties payment records and correspondence with customs authorities
  • Organize transportation, time slots for replenishment/pickup/rush orders
  • Ensure completion of applicable delivery paper work
  • Keep local legacy systems up-to-date related to logistics activity
  • Provide support in monitoring and improvement of HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) and logistics performance indicators.
  • Act as back up for warehouse operator for goods received/goods issued tasks

  • Fresh graduate or experience applicant (1 to 2 years experience)
  • General logistics experience is an advantage
  • Customs and transport documentation experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and able to communicate with both senior and junior level
  • Willing to work on weekends during shipment period (work from home)
  • Competent in IT processes due to interfaces with Legacy system
  • Inherent safety mindset
