HR Business Partner Job Openings at Eaton

Eaton is hiring HR Business Partners to develop, deploy and maintain a wide variety of human resources initiatives, activities, and programs to the plant's employees and staff.

Other job duties:
  • Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton Philosophy and Values.
  • Facilitate and ensure proper deployment and completion of performance management systems throughout the facility.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures and maintain the employee guidebook as needed.
  • Provide advice and guidance to management and employees on employment issues including company policy and procedures, terms and of employment and legislation.
  • Provide input and evaluate processes to improve HR operational excellence, including Eaton Business System (EBS).
  • Lead the Eaton wellness program
  • Lead employee survey activities for the plant
  • Drive continual improvements in the utilization of E-star recognition program.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related course. MBA is preferred
  • Must have at least 5 years' experience performing HR Generalist activities in a manufacturing environment
  • Must have strong Employee Relations/Labor Laws experience
  • Position requires knowledge of all processes in the plant as well as a functional understanding of each support department.
  • Knowledge of labor laws that impact HR department.
  • Thorough experience in developing and administering policies and procedures
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining a positive, inclusive and professional "best practice" culture
  • Must have significant exposure to HR field through education and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office and reports generations
