HR Assistant Job Openings at Rayomar Management Inc.

Rayomar Management Inc. is hiring HR Assistant to prepare and process payroll.

Other job duties:
  • Quarterly checking of reconciliation of remittances to SSS, preparation of annual reconciliation of withholding tax remittances to BIR etc.
  • Prepares a schedule of payroll deduction such as Accounts Receivable, SSS & HDMF loans and contributions, leave without pay and tardiness etc.
  • Performs other duties that superiors may assign from time to time.

  • Female, 21 to 28 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • With at least 6 mos work experience in same capacity
  • Has knowledge in Payroll process.
  • Must be reliable and can keep confidentiality of data
  • Must be hardworking, fast learner and can multi-task
  • Must be willing to go on overtime
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills
  • Can start immediately
  • Can work under pressure and can cope with sudden emergencies
  • Willing to work in Makati
