Customer Support Job Openings at Boldr

Boldr is hiring Customer Supports to interact with clients’ customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services.

In addition, he/she deals with and help resolve any customer complaints. Usually, Customer Support gathers their information and interact with customers via email messages.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field you’re passionate about!
  • 2 years of customer service experience (may it be email or phone support).
  • Basic knowledge in cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications.
  • The ability to accept feedback gracefully.
  • The heart and passion for our customers and the ability to exude client satisfaction.
  • An eye for the minute details.
  • Curiosity and authenticity, just like us! #beboldr
  • Initiative and are self-motivated.
  • Communication is your bread and butter (written and verbal).
  • Analytical and problem solver.
  • Your time management and organizational skills are off the charts!
  • You can type 40-60 words per minute!
  • Very interested in learning new ideas, processes, unique requirements and you’re willing to share it with the team.
