Customer Success Representative Job Openings at Transnational Diversified Group of Companies

Transnational Diversified Group of Companies is hiring Customer Success Representatives to provide customer health checks, outreach, and follow-up to ensure customer success.

Other job duties:
  • Serve as a trusted customer advisor and advocate within a defined region (Americas, EMEA, or APAC)
  • Provide customer health checks, outreach, and follow-up to ensure customer success
  • Collaborate with internal groups to continually grow and improve on existing customer success
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve products and promote sales opportunities

Qualifications:
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Two or more years of relevant work experience in a customer success or account management position
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Highly motivated “can do” attitude with an ability to work under pressure
  • Diplomacy and poise to work through complex customer issues
  • Understanding of CRM and experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Four-year degree preferred
