Customer Service Specialist Job Openings at Vertiv

Vertiv is hiring Customer Service Specialists to provide excellent customer service to various people in ASCO Power Technologies supply chain (contractors/distributors/resellers/builders/end users/customers etc.) via phone and email support.

He/She will also be responsible for order management, order entry and expedites back office work.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience with at least 1 year related experience in a customer service environment.
  • Organizational skills required for carrying out his/her daily duties particularly in terms of time and priorities.
  • Close attention to detail, follow-up, extreme sense of urgency and perseverance.
  • Excellent written and oral communication capabilities using US English
  • Has great knowledge of the Order Management Pricing and Expedites System
