Customer Service Specialist Job Openings at JPMorgan Chase & Co.

JPMorgan Chase is hiring Customer Service Specialists to efficiently provide outstanding customer experience and resolution through expert analysis and investigation of card member's account and/or concern.

Other job duties:
  • Receive calls regarding card member charges, fees, interest rates, rewards, and other credit card concerns.
  • Be the bank's advocate.
  • Be a dynamic and clear communicator is required to strengthen confidence and relationship of card member with the bank.

Qualifications:
  • Highschool graduates with at least 1 year of customer service experience, or
  • College undergraduates with less than 4 semesters, but with at least 6 months of customer service experience, or
  • College undergraduates with complete 4 semesters, or
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply even without customer service experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and graveyard shifts.
