Customer Service Engineer Job Openings at Meralco

Meralco is hiring Customer Service Engineers to provide guidance to customers and channel partners in all relevant Meralco processes, safety standards and best practices for the on-time and safe fulfillment of customer's requirements.

He/She will also fulfill after-sales customer requests, such as processing of capacity upgrades and downgrades, facility relocation, power quality assessment, energy efficiency program activation, business continuity management and push of Meralco service offerings.

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine Distribution Code, Building Code, Design, or Meralco Process and Standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player and people person
  • Creative problem solver
