OPPO is hiring Customer Service Assistants to implement and maintain the 6s in service center area including front desk and customer's waiting area.

Other job duties:
  • Create and close R.O.
  • Request necessary docs from customer and encoding accurate information into CSM system

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Less than 1-year experience specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Required language(s): English
