Lamudi Philippines Inc. is hiring Business Development Associates to grow & maximize the long term sales value from broker accounts + private sellers through acquisition of new accounts and retention and up selling of existing accounts through phone calls only.
Other job duties:
  • Calling of web sign-up accounts + provincial broker accounts
  • (Cold)-calling + pitching over the phone
  • Creation and sending of pitch decks/proposals to interested clients
  • Follow up calls to close contacts
  • Endorsement of client to account manager
  • Maintaining healthy, positive and long term relationships with broker clients
  • Ensuring all services are provided to the client as agreed in the contract
  • Ensuring the client receives sufficient value from Lamudi
  • Renewing client contracts + up selling to higher value packages
  • Administration of all sales activities + results in Salesforce and G-doc trackers
