Support Analyst Job Openings at Onyx CenterSource

Onyx CenterSource is hiring support analysts to be responsible for various support functions dealing with commission recovery and reconciliation services for travel related companies.

Other job duties:
  • Responsible for monitoring, update and analysis of information from hotels, agents, GDS provider and travel related partners
  • Initialize and registration of payment documents
  • Interpretation and registration of hotel confirmation
  • Issuance of required invoice
  • Follow-up of hotel replies and payment
  • Facilitates reconciliation of accounts with hotels
  • Analysis and application of payment
  • Coordinates with cross team and cross country Operations team members

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any Business course
  • With at least one-year continuous working experience preferably but not limited to customer service/back office oriented background earned from BPO, Credit & Collections, Travel & Hotel reservations and the like.
  • Proficient communication skills, foreign language would be an advantage
  • Capable of working effectively in multiple tasked environment
  • High level of clerical aptitude, accuracy, and attention to details
  • Analytic and decisive
  • Computer proficient, keyboard skills of no less than 40 wpm
