Project Coordinator Job Openings at Scope Global

Scope Global is hiring Project Coordinators to provide PESO capacity development for a maximum of 24 months.

Other job duties:
  • Provide capacity development to assigned PESO staff on JSP standard operating procedures and business processes, client tracking system and skills registry.
  • Employer engagement and development of the employer partner network
  • JSP registration and JobStarter intake.
  • Staff and coordinating with the life skills provider, arrange the logistics and ensure completion of life skills training for JobStarters.
  • JobStarters referrals to the employer for interviews and coordinating signing of memorandums of agreement between JSP and employers.
  • Monitor JobStarters progress through the program.

Qualifications:
  • A University degree in Social Sciences.
  • Well-developed interactive and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate high motivation.
  • Extensive experience in facilitation assignments with the Government, especially local governments would be highly desirable.
  • Must have demonstrated experience in this field for at least 6 years.
