Customer Service Representative Job Openings at Genpact

Genpact is hiring Customer Service Representatives to arrange and issue new insurance policies and/or create change/s to existing insurance policies in relation to the Insurance Products as per the Customer’s instructions.

Qualifications:
  • At least second year in college with no back subjects
  • Preferably with experience in Australian and/or UK Accounts: Collections, Sales/Upselling, Insurance (non-life/life);
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to any situation
  • At least 2 years call center experience is an advantage
