Customer Service Representative Job Openings at Century Prosperity

Century Prosperity is hiring customer service representatives to resolve customers' inquiries, complaints, and issues.

Other job duties:
  • Prepare monthly sales report.
  • Update Past Due accounts.
  • Save accounts with Cancellation Notice.
  • Handle clients' site tour/viewing.
  • Monitor account’s status.
  • Provide assistance to Sales and Backroom when necessary.

  • College graduate of any business-related course.
  • At least 2-3 years Customer Care experience.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications and computer operations.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Above average communication, presentation, and multitasking skills.
  • Highly adaptable personality.
  • A person who gets it and understands things with ease.
