Facility Manager Job Openings at PLDT

PLDT is hiring a facility manager to evaluate and review operational analytics of the division, to cover among other operating expenses and ratios (OPEX/asset values, OPEX/site specific business revenues).

Other job duties:
  • Manage the division's cost center annual budgets - both OPEX and CAPEX.
  • Review reports/correspondences to determine its completeness and accuracy.
  • Conduct a comparative analysis of Division's monthly accomplishment report.
  • Evaluate and review the Division's monthly/annual operational and financial performance report.
  • Ensure the implementation of the company's facilities maintenance and sustainability programs to ensure optimization and full utilization of the said facilities.
  • Ensure that programs on proper maintenance and upkeep of company's facilities are carried out in support of the company's business needs.
  • Ensure reliability and availability of the company's facilities, especially on infrastructures such as backup power, utility connectivity, and life safety support systems.
  • Formulate policies and guidelines relative to facilities operations.

Qualifications:
  • College degree holder in any business course or its equivalent, but preferably in engineering/architectural background.
  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities operations/management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good leadership skills.
  • Ability to act independently.
  • Resourceful.
